Position Summary
Victoria College is hiring for a full-time, benefits eligible, nine-month, tenure-track History Instructor position available August 2025. We are looking for an engaging team player comfortable with traditional, interactive television, and online / hybrid assignments. Class size is usually limited to 25 students. A successful candidate will compassionately commit to rigor and retention through campus partnerships at the departmental, divisional, and institutional levels. Committee work and other duties will be assigned by the department chair or dean. Teaching assignment may include evening classes.
Starting earned monthly salary for the nine-month position is $5,346.11. The earned annual salary is paid out over 12 months.
