We're looking for a Medication Technicians / CNAs to join our team!
As a Medication Technician / Certified Nursing Assistant you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and assistance to our residents. This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about ensuring the well-being and comfort of our senior community members.
Responsibilities :
- Administer medications accurately and according to prescribed orders, following proper procedures and protocols. Maintain medication records and ensure timely medication refills.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Regularly check and record residents' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation levels. Report any significant changes or abnormalities to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of residents' care, observations, and any significant incidents. Complete required forms and reports as per facility policies and procedures.
- Develop positive relationships with residents and their families, fostering a supportive and caring environment. Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and respect.
