What are the responsibilities and job description for the Broadband Customer Service Representative position at Victoria Electric Cooperative?
The Broadband Customer Service Representative will provide accurate and timely data entry required for data processing and computer operations; perform analysis, interpretation and collection of customer accounts and to effectively communicate the results to customers for Infinium, a division of Victoria Electric Cooperative acting within the limits of approved board policies, operating guides, procedures and decision making authority. The Customer Service Representative will also assist internet customers via telephone and in person, assisting with questions as they relate to the above referenced items and at times entry level internet troubleshooting. Successful applicants will be team oriented, proficient in basic computer software and have excellent communication skills. HS Diploma or GED required. Bi-lingual a plus.
