Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant at Victoria King Design LLC. The Assistant will support various administrative and project management tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, assisting with project documentation, and procurement of materials. The role is located in Scottsdale, AZ, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills including scheduling, correspondence, and office management.
- Project Management and procurement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office, CAD, and project management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in interior design is required, minimun 2 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Desigm required
