We’re seeking a passionate Activity Assistant to join our team! Our 120-bed facility is dedicated to providing excellent rehabilitation and skilled nursing care in a supportive and nurturing environment. Join us and be a part of a community that values compassion, teamwork, and professional growth.
Pay: Up to $20 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Wednesday & Thursday 8:30 AM–1:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Off: Saturday–Monday)

What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and leading engaging recreational and therapeutic activities for residents
- Foster participation and involvement in group and individual activities
- Encourage socialization, mental stimulation, and physical well-being through a variety of programs
- Coordinate and support community events and themed celebrations
- Maintain activity attendance records and resident preferences
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident experience
- Provide compassionate interaction and support to residents
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in an activity or recreation role (experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred)
- Creativity, energy, and strong communication skills
- A heart for geriatrics and a passion for improving quality of life
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and residents
- Activity certification (preferred but not required)
