Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with restorative care programs under the supervision of nursing staff
- Provide support with ambulation, range of motion exercises, and other restorative services
- Document care provided and residents’ progress accurately
- Encourage independence and support residents in regaining or maintaining optimal physical function
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams to support individualized care plans
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restorative Nurse Assistant (RNA)
- CNA certification required
- Knowledge of restorative care techniques and resident safety
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered care approach
