As the Business Trainee, you will play a vital role in the overall success of our outreach campaigns as we prepare to build out our local outreach team. This role will facilitate community based outreach campaigns to market various services available to eligible customers. Business Trainee Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with prospective customers on behalf of our clients through the Long Beach region
- Execute sales presentations with the goal of promoting our clients available services
- Learn all business operations, including but not limited to; territory management, scheduling, client management, HR, payroll and more
- Work with fellow team members to meet and exceed sales goals
- Stay up to date on all of our clients available products and services
- other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Previous internship or coursework in business or marketing is a plus
- This position involves directly interacting with our clients' customers, therefore we require superior verbal communication skills
- Must be able to track all necessary data and have a basic understanding of data analysis
- Comfortable working in various environments
- Ability to generate innovative ideas for expanding our community outreach and marketing campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
