We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. This role is crucial in managing the front desk operations, assisting guests with their needs, and maintaining a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, ensuring accuracy in the booking system.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest services in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
