As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute ad strategies, monitor campaign performance, and optimize for key metrics.At Victors Home Solutions you'll be surrounded and supported by dynamic, fun, engaged people! We love our work.Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include : Develop and implement comprehensive paid search and paid social strategies focused on lead generation and conversions. This includes : Keyword and campaign researchBuilding, scaling, and hands on management of campaignsOptimizing pay-per-click (PPC) and lead generation campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)A / B testing creative, copy, and audiencesPerform market analysis, competitive and keyword research to come up with new campaign ideas and provide actionable recommendationsCollect, analyze, and report key metrics across all digital marketing platforms to identify trends and opportunitiesStay informed on digital marketing trends, updates, tools, and best practicesCollaborate with the internal marketing team and provide updates to key stakeholdersTo be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience : 2-4 years experience in paid search and paid social advertising, including hands-on experience building, testing, and optimizing ads on Google, Microsoft, Facebook / Instagram, YouTube, etc.A deep understanding of bid strategies (CPC, CPA, CPM), account architecture, and the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance dataAble to organize and manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and consistently meet deadlinesWrite compelling copy that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelinesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, SEMRush and other platforms to improve performanceExcellent attention to detail, especially when managing budgets and monitoring performance metrics.Offered Benefits : Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) with matchPaid time offPaid Holidays (8)Referral bonusEmployee discount$55,000 - $65,000 a yearThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
