We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated person to join our team as an Events Specialist!

\n- Understanding the company’s vision, mission, goals, products, and services to represent the brand’s voice and personality at various events
- Set up product display tables, tents, and promotional items
- Drive traffic into the event space and schedule appointments
- Provide support and on-the-job training to event staff Maintain and communicate inventory status of materials and promotional items
- Assist in tracking event performance metrics and preparing post-event reports
- Assist in GiveBack events and Job Fairs as needed
- Marketing, promotion, event management, and/or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with potential customers and team members
- Excellent time-management, prioritization, planning and organization skills
- Must be willing to work outdoor events during hot, cold, or otherwise adverse weather conditions
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and late nights; work will take place in multiple locations and may require travel Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
