We are actively seeking a qualified Accounting Specialist to help grow our accounting team.

\n- Analyzing customer account balances
- Reporting on daily deposits
- Invoicing customers/sending warranty information
- Processing payments via check or ACH
- Answer customer phone calls
- Bank deposits
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, preferred
- Service Titan experience, preferred
- Sage Intacct experience, preferred
- Ability and willingness to keep & maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, team player
