Job Description

Our Sales Managers in training are those who demonstrate ambition, a strong work ethic, and take great pride in their work. While training alongside our current Sales Managers, it is crucial that they demonstrate the necessary skills to achieve their sales targets while also being diligent in their inspections.

We are looking to hire sales professionals who demonstrate the ability to lead by example. We strive to foster an environment of constant growth, open communication, and a shared sense of responsibility, and aim to hire someone who can approach leadership and team dynamics with a value for culture and performance. Team members report directly to our Sales Managers, and leadership must remain focused on mentoring their team members, helping them to be their best-selves, and cultivating a strong and unified team dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients.

You will be coached on how to martyr and employ our sales system, and how to promote our 5-Star reputation by assuring each sales professional approaches our customers with integrity, knowledge, and professionalism.

Ultimately, we are looking to hire individuals who are passionate about contributing to Victors' collective success while keeping the company's core values and culture at heart. This person must have a high sense of urgency to give clients a positive experience while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

This is a field position.

The key to this position is relationships. Building relationships with our other sales professionals and clients that result in improvement on a continual basis. This job is about people, and spending time as a sales professional out in the field. Primary duties include; running appointments, performing ride-along appointments, attending sales meetings weekly, training, coaching, and performance management.

Initial Training

• Comprehensive 12-week paid training program
• 3 weeks classroom training, 9 weeks field training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
