Human Resources Administrator - Entry Level - Flexible or hybrid work schedule available
Victory Automotive Group is seeking an entry level Human Resource Administrator who can develop effective relationships with departmental managers and provide professional HR services for our growing business.
As our HR Administrator, you will be expected to assist with recruitment, onboarding, FMLA management, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR policy and procedure development. The position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization. Must enjoy planning and developing systems and have real attention to detail. Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and confidentially; have the insight to appreciate the unique needs of our vast and diverse workforce; be able to articulate strategies and policies clearly and concisely.
Duties:
- Responsible for HR policies, procedures and systems
- Participates in staffing logistics and takes responsibility for recruiting staff when support is needed by managers (posts positions, reviews applications, interviews)
- Maintains all applicant documentation
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees
- Maintains personnel files in accordance with federal and state laws assuring all information is completed
- Implements programs to help improve employee experience
- Responsible for employee off boarding to include preparing termination and severance letters
- Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9
- Assists with compliance with state-specific human resources laws and legislation
- Demonstrates knowledge and respect for diversity in daily activities and employee engagement
- Represents in a professional and positive manner when dealing with clients, the public, volunteers, interns/externs, doctors and other staff, demonstrating a commitment to quality healthcare and excellent customer service
- Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA and policy
- Attend and participate in all required meetings and training sessions
- Performs other duties as required or requested
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
