Position Overview:
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will represent renowned brands at promotional events held in local retail stores and community venues. Your primary role is to engage with customers, deliver exceptional service, and drive brand awareness to help achieve company objectives.
Customer Service and Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers, providing expert assistance and advice on products and services.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations to effectively showcase features and benefits.
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and input relevant information into our systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by delivering excellent service and showing a proactive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals while maintaining the ability to work independently when needed.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to confidently answer customer questions.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to commute to our Long Beach, CA office (this is an on-site role, and remote work is unavailable).
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customer groups.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with sales or POS systems.
- A problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude toward overcoming challenges.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required—we’re willing to train motivated candidates!
