What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in automotive sales management with a proven track record of success.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to build, train, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Strong Used Car Operations Background: Expertise in managing pre-owned vehicle sales, inventory, and profitability is essential.
• Customer Focus: Dedication to achieving and maintaining high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and SSI (Sales Satisfaction Index) scores.
• Drive to Grow: A willingness to learn and a strong desire to advance into a General Manager role.
• Positive Attitude: Leads with optimism and fosters a supportive team environment.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of motivating the team and building lasting relationships with customers and employees.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and lead a dynamic sales team that upholds our core values.
• Drive sales performance while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment based on teamwork and mutual respect.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Manage used car operations, including inventory control, appraisals, and profitability.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Exciting News About Victory Chevrolet!
Victory Chevrolet is growing! We are currently building a brand-new Chevrolet store on I-35 outside Ottawa and plan to relocate to the new facility in late September 2025. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to stay in Garnett and run the Ford store or potentially move to the new state-of-the-art facility. This is an incredible opportunity to grow with us during a time of exciting change and expansion.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $8,000 per month.
• Performance Incentive: 8% of the net profit of the entire store.
• Competitive benefits package and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
