Job Overview: The Instructional Coach (IC) at Victory Christian Academy is a dynamic and visionary leader who collaborates closely with the principal to uphold the school's mission, values, and academic standards. The primary function of an instructional coach is to support and enhance the teaching practices of educators. They work closely with teachers to help improve instructional strategies, implement effective teaching methods, and foster professional growth. Qualifications: At least 5 years of teaching experience. Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field. Valid teaching certification or license. Experience working with various grade levels. Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment. Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus. Proficient in lesson planning, proofreading, and literacy education. Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction or Administrative Leadership preferred.
