Purpose of the Job:
The Location Director provides day-to-day operational leadership for the location, ensuring smooth execution of services, an engaging and welcoming environment, and alignment with the mission of Victory Church. Additionally, the Location Director partners with the Location Pastor to help individuals discover their purpose and gifts, connecting them with Serve Team opportunities.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Proven leadership in team building and mission-driven initiatives.
- Strong ability to communicate Victory Church’s mission, vision, and values.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Team player with a people-first and customer service mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong editing/proofreading skills.
- Humble, hardworking, and committed to excellence.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership to ensure location effectiveness.
- Ensure smooth execution of services and a welcoming environment.
- Uphold and communicate the purpose and structure of Serve Teams.
- Engage individuals before, during, and after Growth Track to foster involvement.
- Recruit, develop, and empower Serve Team members.
- Model healthy team dynamics and mentor coordinators in leading their teams.
- Foster a vibrant, fun, and engaging environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
