Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive medical records and information.
  • Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and coding to assist customers in the healthcare sector.
  • Provide support for retail sales inquiries and facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information.

Skills

  • Proficiency in using systems such as Revolution for managing customer interactions.
  • Experience in retail sales or retail management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical billing processes and medical records management.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
