Job Location : Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid)
Essential Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and secure SOWs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Retain a book of business that can be converted into new sales
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Prepare and present tailored service offerings, concepts, and proposals
- Put together Capabilities PowerPoint slide decks for client pitch presentations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
- Collaborate with the creative teams to develop tactics and deliver effective campaigns
- Lead weekly sales meeting to present status on goals and pipeline
- Maintain accurate records and report on sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics
- Master understanding of company products and services to present to potential clients
- Research, understand, and coherently speak about the pharmaceutical space, including MOAs, medications, and managed care issues
- Work closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR / Lead Generator)
- Work closely with the company President and Directors to drive marketing efforts for the company
