Job Summary:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage with all incoming leads and work towards closing them.
  • Effectively manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Establish strong rapport with potential clients to build lasting relationships.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and consistently.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls generated by the lead system.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for sellers.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, ensuring win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Develop trust with sellers, addressing concerns and guiding them to successfully close deals.
  • Make calls and drive through neighborhoods to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a results-driven mindset with a focus on financial growth.
  • Regularly update CRM to ensure accurate tracking and organization of deals until completion.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties involved.
  • Ensure contracts are closed efficiently and within agreed timelines.
  • Stay eager to learn about the real estate industry while contributing to the company’s market growth.
  • Attend relevant business meetings and training as required.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous business or sales experience with a proven track record of success.
