Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Manage clinical staff, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their professional development.
- Ensure compliance with quality care standards and state or federal regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies that improve client care and operational efficiency.
- Monitor client outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of clinical staff and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate communication between clinical staff, administration, and clients to ensure a cohesive approach to care delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in Medicaid regulations to maintain compliance and improve services.
Requirements
- LCSW, LPCC-S or equivalent
- Proven experience in clinical management roles.
- Ability to provide Board Approved Clinical Supervision
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid billing standards and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in managing clinical operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while maintaining a focus on quality client care
- Ability to take direction, receive constructive feedback and operate according to the Company's goals and vision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
