Salesperson

Victory International is a worldwide manufacturer, marketer and distributor of fine-fragrance and beauty products. Over the last three decades, we have successfully launched celebrity, designer and name brand fragrances such as XOXO, Fred Hayman Beverly Hills, Carlos Santana, Katy Perry, Selena Gomez and the Trojan™ Fragrances collection.

Responsibilities:

• Handle an existing portfolio of wholesale accounts that have been with the company for 30 years
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve company sales targets and expand market share
• Identify and target potential clients, including retailers, boutiques, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
• Present, promote, and sell our fragrance products to existing and prospective clients.
• Negotiation
• Monitor market trends, market pricing, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies as needed.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to represent the company and network with potential clients.
• Entering Sales Orders into the ERP System
• Assisting in Customer Returns and issues for a complete customer experience
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management 
• Any other cross functional responsibilities to assist management 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a wholesale salesperson, preferably in the fragrance, beauty, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance products and the wholesale market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAGE 100 software.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Attention to detail and the willingness to multitask
