Description
Victory Preschool is looking to immediately add a new team member in the Afternoon Preschool Program. This position is an hourly paid position with regular hours Monday-Friday from 12:15-6:00 p.m, with the possibility of adding more hours as the program grows. Someone with the flexibility to work late afternoon hours based on families’ scheduling needs is a must!
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include supporting hands-on activities with children both inside and outside during their afternoon routine, guiding children with the love of Jesus using Law & Gospel-based discipline, aiding the lead teacher(s) in activity preparation, occasionally assisting children in the bathroom, and completing light daily cleaning tasks.
Requirements
Staff members are required to complete a background check & fingerprinting, be First Aid & CPR certified, and complete 40 hours of introductory child care training (followed by 10 hours on a subsequent annual basis). Onboarding costs related to background checks and training are covered by the preschool. Pay is based upon child care experience and training.
