Patient Coordinator

Victory Men's Health is hiring a Patient Coordinator in Sunset Hills, Missouri.

Victory Men's Health is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Patient Coordinator to join our team! This role is essential in helping our patients optimize their health and take it to the next level. The Patient Coordinator will serve as a bridge between our medical providers and patients, ensuring smooth healthcare management and exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate patient healthcare plans.
• Educate patients about their health conditions and available resources.
• Assist patients in contacting healthcare practitioners and monitoring their progress.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Represent Victory Men’s Health with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Support the team by providing both customer service and light sales assistance when needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Sales experience or a willingness to learn is a plus.
• Positive, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or patient-facing role is preferred but not required.

What We Offer:

• Business hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM. (No weekends!)
