- Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and customer feedback; respond in a timely manner.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports on social media effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design advertising campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong skills in photography and graphic design; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Kittl.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, and Google.
