Job Summary : Review and prepare projects using skills and knowledge of bath system and plumbing
needs to create material lists notes and recommendations on how to successfully complete contract.
Use master plumber license to pull permits as required. Assemble fittings and be on site to oversee
work performed. Assess and make repairs for warranty requests.
Essential Functions :
Installing maintaining and preparing pipes including joins valves drains and fixtures in all bath
systems.
Coordinating job with all installers and professionals on the jobsite.
Understanding and following blueprints of bathroom.
Following all rules and regulations relating to plumbing to ensure everything can pass
inspections.
Responding to plumbing emergencies determining the issue and making the repair if needed.
Reviews company materials including contract measure documents and pictures to determine
job specifications.
Determines projects that require permitting work with admin staff to submit permit
applications.
Establish relationships with local municipalities and inspectors to ensure projects performed are
to code.
Assembles fittings and valves for installation.
Modifies length of pipes fixtures and other plumbing materials as needed for projects.
Collaborates with field staff installers and electricians in installing and repairing plumbing.
Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes.
MASTER PLUMBER JOB DESCRIPTION
Writes report documenting the problem and summary of actions taken.
Directs oversees and train contractors and installers while in the field at a job site.
Helps train and oversee installers and service techs on plumbing installation
and plumbing service.
Qualifications :
To effectively perform the duties of the Master or Journeyman Plumber individuals must be able to
demonstrate several competencies that are essential to the position which include :
Master Plumber License.
Ability to read understand and follows safety procedure.
Ability to grasp complex concepts easily.
Ability to pay attention to minute detail.
Excellent planning negotiating and organizing skills.
Ability to be patient with projects and homeowners.
Ability to operate in a systematic and logical manner.
Ability to use good judgment.
COMPANY VEHICLE :
A company vehicle will be provided upon completion of successful training. Please refer to

Computer Operations :
To perform this job successfully an individual should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Suite and the ability to learn and effectively use software application such as Salesforce and other
applications used in the performance of job duties.
Work Environment : Office and field
Work Hours : Hours are based on volume of work and can vary day to day.
Travel : Frequent travel to job sites daily.
