Role Overview
As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow in various aspects of marketing—from website management to email campaigns, social media strategies, and client communications. You’ll be joining a team that is passionate, creative, and always looking for new ways to make an impact. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating new lead sources through innovative marketing efforts such as social media campaigns, webinars, video content, and other digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Regularly update and optimize the company website using WordPress to ensure it remains polished, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity.
- HubSpot Management: Oversee the full utilization of HubSpot, including CRM management, building and automating communication journeys, managing email campaigns, segmenting leads, and tracking analytics to ensure successful marketing initiatives and integration with Wealthbox CRM.
- Communication Journeys: Build out and manage effective communication journeys for clients, leads, and prospects using HubSpot, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-ups.
- Data Segmentation & Refinement: Continuously segment and refine data in HubSpot and Wealthbox, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized communication.
- Social Media & Ads: Create and manage engaging content for all social media platforms, including ads, ensuring content is on-brand and aligned with our marketing objectives.
- Design & Creativity: Design marketing materials, ads, social media posts, and other visuals that reflect the Victory Wealth Services brand identity and resonate with our audience.
- Lead Source Development: Identify and create new lead sources, including innovative approaches through social media campaigns, webinars, digital content, and other online marketing initiatives to generate new business.
- Prospect/Client Communication: Oversee the consistent mailing of monthly newsletters and weekly emails to prospects and clients, ensuring content is valuable and relevant to our audience.
- Calendar & Prospect Follow-Up: Manage the marketing calendar and follow up with prospects to ensure they’re nurtured through the sales funnel.
- Marketing Plan Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that includes strategic analysis, competition assessment, positioning, messaging, tactics, and budget management.
- Target Demographic Focus: Ensure all direct marketing campaigns are reaching our target demographic, particularly individuals who are retired or nearing retirement, with tailored messaging and strategies.
- Event Support: Assist the Event Coordinator with the planning and execution of company events, ensuring all marketing materials, communication strategies, and promotional efforts are aligned with event goals.
- Webinar Creation & Marketing: Create, market, and manage webinars, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with company goals. Assist with organizing, promoting, and attending webinars to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.
- Referral Program Creation & Execution: Help create and implement a referral program that encourages and rewards existing clients for bringing in new leads. Track and optimize the program’s effectiveness to ensure consistent lead generation.
- Video Production & Consistency: Collaborate with the team to produce consistent video content for marketing purposes. Maintain a steady output of engaging, on-brand videos for social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
Qualifications
- A strong aptitude for learning new systems and technologies, including WordPress, HubSpot, and CRM platforms.
- A creative mindset with the ability to learn how to design marketing materials, social media posts, and ads using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling content for a variety of audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a willingness to troubleshoot and learn new processes.
- Organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable with data and a desire to learn how to segment and refine it to improve marketing outcomes.
- Enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing strategies, and the desire to grow in this area.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment and assist with different aspects of marketing and events.
- A good sense of humor, an eagerness to grow, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- On-the-job training is available to help you build the skills you need for success in this role.
Preferred Skills
- Experience or familiarity with WordPress website management.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, including CRM and communication journey management, and email campaign tools.
- Experience in video production and content creation.

- Understanding of the financial services industry or willingness to learn about it.
