Communication & Correspondence:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications. Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, including emails, letters, reports, and presentations (Chapel new hires/milestones celebrations, comm’s meetings).
- Responsible for Executive Director’s monthly expense report
- Manage the Executive Director's complex schedule, including appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
- Support the Generalist in maintaining and updating role descriptions and the Employee Playbook
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and special events.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials.
- Collaborates with Executive Coordinator on preparation of employee workspaces (cubicles, name signs, furniture orders, office supplies, etc.)
- Prepares, distributes and places the office/employee signs accordingly coinciding with new hire orientation, transitions and terminations.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role in Human Resource environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable Transportation Required
- Ability to work in Macintosh environments & Microsoft Office Suite applications
