What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Services Technician position at Victory World Church, Inc.?
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Assisting the Facilities Coordinators in the day-to-day completion of all major projects,
- work orders and setups.
- Ensuring that all setups for various ministries are completed as requested
- Supporting Victory events as needed.
- Regulating the temperatures of all the buildings to ensure comfort for everyone inside.
- Generate a report of activities that occurred during service support and Victory events.
- Must be able to perform a wide variety of general maintenance activities with limited to no supervision.
- Replacing, fixing, maintaining all aspects of the church buildings.
- Competencies: Decision Making, Organizing, Communication, Initiative
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds

- Reliable transportation to travel to various campuses
- Must be available on weekends and evenings
