YOUR FOCUS (Job Duties And Responsibilities)
- Design and create interactive, engaging, and innovative adult learner training content. Includes, activities, resources, and materials suited for the Learning Management System (LMS) and face to face courses
- Formulate learning objectives; plan, design, and develop methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Develops curricula, course outlines, instructional methods, training aids, manuals, and other materials and products.
- Apply instructional design principles to create engaging in-person and e-learning opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create content for department specific needs
- Collaborate with other content developers to support new developments and ongoing maintenance of training content
- Creatively incorporate graphics, animations, audio, video, other multimedia elements when developing content
- Perform requested edits to courses based on SME feedback and survey responses
- Supports department strategic initiatives
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Experience with the creative use of instructional design technologies
- Expertise in adult learning and all aspects of instructional design for various formats, including instructor-led, eLearning, and mobile
- Ability to self-start and develop collaborative relationships with various partners
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines, manage heavy workloads and prioritize tasks
- Experience using the following tools as part of the Instructional Design process; Articulate 360 Suite, Captivate, Camtasia, Sprout, Vimeo, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Suite and Canva
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Training delivery experience (preferred)
- 2 years' experience applying instructional design and adult learning methodologies to development and implementation of web-based and in person training and other instructional materials
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Travel various up to 30%
