The VP of Finance ensures financial discipline and accuracy, aligning with company goals. This role is responsible for corporate FP&A and new revenue streams finance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Financial Strategy & Planning by driving long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Own FP&A Excellence by overseeing financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance analysis to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Provide Executive-Level Insights by serving as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership, delivering data-driven recommendations that shape key business decisions.
- Drive Business Performance & Profitability by identifying opportunities for margin improvement, cost optimization, and strategic investment prioritization.
- Enhance Decision-Making Through Analytics by developing and implementing advanced financial tools, automation, and AI-driven insights to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Align Finance with Business Operations by partnering with key stakeholders to ensure financial strategies support growth and efficiency.
- Optimize Financial Performance & Cost Management by monitoring key financial metrics, identifying risks, and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising business objectives.
- Lead High-Impact Financial Initiatives by assessing new market opportunities, expansion strategies, and pricing models to drive profitable growth of new lines of business.
- Build and cultivate cross functional business partnerships
- Develop & Mentor a High-Performing Team by fostering a culture of financial discipline, continuous learning, and strategic thinking to build future finance leaders.
