The Role: As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and analysis activities. This position is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with business leaders to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and drive business growth.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support company-wide financial planning.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights into key financial metrics and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and business initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate key financial and operational KPIs to drive performance improvement.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to develop and implement accurate pricing models and profitability reporting.
  • Support the annual budget process and assist with periodic financial updates to management.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the accuracy of financial results.
  • Assist with financial reporting and accounting duties, such as reconciliations, journal entries, and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist with basic level accounting type work, which includes accruals, prepaids, commission, and other common accounting deliverables.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial planning systems and processes.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and reports.


Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) required.
  • Experience with ERP and FP&A software.  Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and experience with general accounting functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.


Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, or corporate finance, with some accounting experience (e.g., reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close processes).

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
