POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking to hire a dynamic Advisory Operations Associate [Client Services Associate] to join our company’s administrative team. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager. This individual should have a passion for providing world-class support and display impeccable organizational skills.

LOCATION

The Advisory Operations Associate position is located in State College, PA and not remote.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support ongoing account maintenance for investors

Cultivate relationships with financial advisors and their office staff

Provide training and clarity to financial advisors on internal and custodian paperwork requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Strong attention to detail and accuracy; highly organized and efficient

A high degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work without close supervision, exercise independent judgment and problem-solving, as well as collaborating in a team environment

Outstanding follow-through, seeing tasks from start to finish

Candidate must be comfortable with and proactively embrace technology in the workplace

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience with a CRM, like Redtail

Experience with finance, banking, or wealth management is preferred, but not required.

A critical eye for process improvement and solid time management skills, being able to prioritize tasks
