Position Overview As Clinic Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless functionality across all areas of the clinic. You will lead with integrity, foster a positive workplace culture, and work closely with our providers, support staff, and clients to maintain the highest standards of care and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support clinic staff, including front desk personnel, medical professionals, and aestheticians, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance with all medical and safety regulations.
- Client Experience: Maintain and enhance client satisfaction by ensuring smooth operations, addressing client concerns, and creating a welcoming environment.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in achieving revenue goals through effective planning and strategy.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, special events, and client retention initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and implement solutions to enhance workflow and client experiences.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations governing medical spa operations and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in clinic, spa, or practice management, preferably in the medical aesthetics or wellness industry (minimum 2 years; 5 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of medical spa services, products, and industry trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for providing exceptional client care.
- Strong commitment to going above and beyond, with flexibility to work occasional weekends and assist with events outside of regular hours.
