Bookkeeper part time position:
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Overall duties will include initiating and processing purchase orders, billing, create and executing purchase orders/invoices, bank reconciliations, monthly reports and quarterly financial statements. Applicant will be required to work with CEO and Sales Manager to generate forecasting reports, customer service, manage supplier relationships and possibly procuring ingredients. Duties may also include assisting human resources with new employee orientation.
Requirements:
Minimum of high school diploma, some college preferred with courses in accounting or finance.
Experience bookkeeping/GL experience within the office environment
Advanced knowledge of computer processing, Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.
Must have exemplary organizational, customer service skills, and an eye for detail.
Must be able to work without constant supervision
Excellent communication skills a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
