The CFO finance leader must have previous private equity experience and will need to have 10-15 years of key finance leadership experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Driver of companywide process optimization and digitization to increase efficiencies.
- Proactively designing and optimizing local financial processes within group-wide standards.
- Trustful and team-oriented cooperation with the Group.
- Ensuring efficient business processes and data transparency.
- Analyzing and reporting all company key performance indicators for management and preparing reliable forecasts / budgets.
- Responsible for all of the legal entity financial processes including accounting, financial performance accounting, balance sheet preparation, annual financial statements, external accounting, profitability analysis by customer / product, costing, investment management, financial and liquidity planning and forecasting, budgeting, and taxes.
- Implementation of financial requirements from the HQ into a local financial strategy.
- Identifying discrepancies between actual and target figures, supporting the initiation process of defining counter measures, and tracking their financial impact.
