Responsible for all of the legal entity financial processes (incl. Accounting, financial performance accounting, balance sheet preparation, annual financial statements, external accounting, profitability analysis by customer/product, costing, investment management, financial and liquidity planning and forecasting, budgeting, taxes. Adherence to Internal Controls - Implementation of financial requirements from the HQ into a local financial strategy - Identifies discrepancies between actual and target figures, supports the initiation process of defining counter measures and tracks their financial impact
REQUIREMENTS: Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a closely related field - Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience including financial team leadership (minimum of four direct reports) - Previous experience working within a mobile organization Required Skills: - Advanced P&L management and reporting skills - MS Office Suite (including advanced Excel skills) - Experience working in a cross-functional team in an evolving business environment -
