Vida Group International is a successful family owned and operated Executive Search firm which started in 1982. Currently, we are looking for a focused, well organized and results-oriented professional to join us as we expand our company.
Focusing your time on the client relations / business development functions for the firm, you will market our services to prospective clients, build upon existing client relationships as well as network throughout the local, national and global business communities to spread brand awareness and key differentiators. We need someone who is a self-confident, motivated person with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Position description overview;
Develop, grow and nurture current and new client relationships
Marketing our services via digital, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services while providing an outstanding customer experience
Identify and discuss future opportunities and initiatives, create plans to generate new clients and expand on current clients
Develop a marketing plan that supports strategic initiatives, continuous communication and followership
Work directly with other company leaders to establish marketing / outreach initiatives and support them where needed
Develop Go To Market strategy and build business plan to penetrate and drive new customer acquisition in new vertical markets such as AI, Clean Energy, etc.
Utilizes resources throughout the company to facilitate the marketing and sales processes
Gain buy-in from senior executives for new strategic initiatives regarding emerging markets, technologies, etc.
Develops strategies to generate cost effective sales leads
Assist in preparing staff on subject matter for customer presentations
Experience highlights;
Experience in marketing and selling directly to higher level executive audience desired
Bachelors’ Degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
B2B experience
Experience in developing successful Lead Generation program and process.
