Roles & Responsibilities ▪ Forecast : Set company and individual sales forecasts in line with the company 5 year growth plan. ▪ Lead and Inspire : Build and manage a high-performing team of business development executives, working with them to achieve outbound activity and sales targets within the Food Retail / Hospitality sector. ▪ Grow Key Accounts : Expand and nurture existing customer accounts in the Retail and Hospitality sector, setting the stage for ongoing revenue and future CSM-grade customers. ▪ Build New Accounts - Proactively develop high-value new business from current non-spenders and secure longterm contracts / agreements. ▪ Strategic Focus : Collaborate directly with our Sales & Marketing Director to craft innovative business development strategies and tactics to achieve rapid growth in this sector ▪ Results-Driven : Monitor and report on your personal and team's achievements, to ensure we build a sales machine that consistently delivers. This includes preparing and presenting regular sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics to senior management. Performance Objectives ▪ Achieve agreed number of MSI conversations personally and for team ▪ Achieve agreed number of new CSM accounts. ▪ Achieve agreed customer patch revenue target
