The VP Sales MedTech role will be responsible for the overall revenue leadership and financial results of the company including company revenue, strategy & planning, EBITDA, etc. Responsibilities will include the overall management of the organization while achieving company objectives. The position will report directly to the CEO.
- Responsible for full P&L of business and both short term and long term financial results and strategy
- Lead key operational and commercial initiatives that drive long-term growth and profitability for the company, responsible for the overall strategic growth of the company
- Ensure the business meets expected financial returns
- Lead and develop talent of direct report team and within entire organization
- Develop yearly strategy and budget and monitor performance against expectations
- Define strategy and lead execution of above market profitable sales growth
