Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Receivable Associate (PT)
Summary:
The PT Accounts Receivable Associate will assist the AR team and be an active participant in a “roll up your sleeves” environment. They should be able to micro focus on details with great follow up skills and able to manage multiple tasks.
Key Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Help resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line
· Analyze and resolve chargebacks
· Post customer payments; process cash deposit batches and postings to accounts
· Review transactions for accuracy and reconcile customer accounts
Qualifications:
· Student pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
· Strong computer skills, Excel and Word; Advanced level Excel is required
· Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
· Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills
· Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
