- Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
- Participates in the assessment of patients.
- Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating / revising the plan of care.
- Attends educational programs and staff orientation which promote and professional development.
- Develops leadership role within the LPN scope of practice. Participates in Service Excellence Program.Minimum Requirements
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- LPN Diploma
