- Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
- Participates in the assessment of patients. Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating / revising the plan of care.
- Attends educational programs and staff orientation which promote and professional development.
- Develops leadership role within the LPN scope of practice.
- Participates in Service Excellence Program.Minimum Requirements
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- LPN Diploma
- Active NC LPN License or compact stateOther Information

- This position is full-time - Monday to Thursday 7 : 30am- 5 : 00pm, Friday 7 : 30am - 1 : 00pm
