Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new e-commerce clients who need video ad creatives for their marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with e-commerce brands, agencies, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and target potential e-commerce clients in the U.S. market who can benefit from VidAU.AI’s video ad creation solutions.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including marketing managers, brand owners, and agency representatives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of VidAU.AI’s platform.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create tailored outreach campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the e-commerce and video advertising space.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to help improve the platform based on client needs.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the e-commerce, digital advertising, or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, including brands, agencies, and marketing trends.
  • Experience selling video advertising, marketing tools, or AI-powered solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
