Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Process merchandise that is traded in and displaying on the sales floor.
• Process all sales in the Point of Sale System and handle monetary transactions accurately and effectively.
• Maintain excellent store appearance and assist with store merchandising to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.
• Any other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

Requirements

• Team oriented, positive, upbeat and friendly with the ability to maintain composure under pressure and resolve customer concerns.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays to align with store needs.
• Must have knowledge or willing to learn programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Google Drive.
• Must be 16 years old.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
