Customer Success Representative

VideoRay is looking for a motivated and reliable experienced Customer Success Representative to join its team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and communities!

Position Description: The Customer Success Representativeis responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties. The individual is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks. He/she should have prior experience thriving in an administrative capacity in an office environment. Multitasking and the unique ability to deftly handle the unexpected are essential assets to bring to the position. A customer facing background is desired. This position reports to the Director of Pricing, Proposals & Customer Success.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

· Address customer e-mails and phone inquiries

· Create quotes in CRM (Salesforce), provide lead times, and communicate pricing with the customer

· Coordinate with support to effectively manage all repairs

· Assist sales executives with managing customer and dealer account information

· Manage sales requests for specialty items

· Attend meetings for the team and keep accurate minutes to share

· Ad hoc projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

· Associate’s degree preferred

· Experience in Customer Service and/or Office Administrative responsibilities

· Computer literate, internet savvy, and proficient with standard office software (Office 365, Teams and Google Suite). Must be confident and adaptable in learning new software packages and tools

· Excellent customer service and phone skills

· Cross-functional collaboration

· Communication and interpersonal skills

· Superior oral and written communication

· Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

· Sharp attention to details for precision data insertion and management

· The ability to think critically, work independently, and take ownership of internal processes

Desired Requirements:

· Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

· Familiarity with ERP system Deltek (CostPoint)

Physical Demands:

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision. The employee may occasionally need to lift product that can weight >50 lbs.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
