Your Role as a CNC Operator

As a CNC Operator , youll play a crucial role in bringing our custom garage doors to life . Using CNC machinery, youll craft precision components that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship .

What Youll Be Doing

Operate and set up CNC machines to manufacture garage door components.

Interpret technical drawings and work orders to ensure accuracy in production.

Monitor machine operations for precision, quality, and efficiencymaking adjustments as needed.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running at peak performance.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment , following all safety protocols.

Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.

Assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed to support the team.

What Were Looking For

Experience operating a 3-Axis Router with an automatic tool changer.

Familiarity with WoodWOP software for running and modifying preprogrammed jobs.

Expertise in working with composite materials and wood while maintaining precision.

Strong understanding of tool changes and tool code assignments.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to keep production running smoothly.

A team player who can also work independently when needed.
