Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mothers day out Teacher to join our team. As a Day Teacher, you will play a vital role in educating and nurturing young minds. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive classroom environment, and providing support to students in their early childhood development.

Duties:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes growing in faith, learning, and growth.
• Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students in various activities.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive learning experience
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and progress

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Experience working with students in an educational setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt daily routines to fit the needs of the children
• Helping children grow in Christ
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
