The Opportunity :
Vidorra Consulting Group is in search of an experienced Client Sales Executive to join our established and award-winning IT Recruitment firm. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is ready to take their career to the next level.
To excel in this role, you must have proven success in full lifecycle recruitment and minimum 3 years direct technical IT sales experience. Experience in the SAP / Oracle domain is a plus. We are looking for a team player with the ability to work well under pressure, strong communication skills, professional business acumen and customer service excellence is a must. Building rapport and nurturing relationships should come naturally to you.

As a Client Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include :
Build and manage client and candidate relationships, providing guidance as needed.
Identify and close on new business opportunities and create strategic growth plans.
Qualify and follow up on new business opportunities and generate new business leads.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
Expand your professional network within the SAP / Oracle market.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 3 years’ experience with Technical IT Sales in the staffing industry.
A proven track record and experience with full lifecycle recruiting in technical IT positions. Confident in generating new business leads, conduct cold calling and business development.
Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to generate high quality pipeline of candidates through sourcing and screening.
Manage your own portfolio of clients with the ability to negotiate contract terms and rates.
Identify future business opportunities and devise strategic growth plans.
Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales and recruiting goals.
Experience with SAP and Oracle is a plus.
