As the Design & Build Landscape Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive client relationships, creating accurate design proposals, and managing landscape installation projects from start to finish. The primary function will be to convert leads into satisfied clients by meeting their design goals and budgets.

Responsibilities for the Design & Build Landscape Sales Representative, include:
- Conduct client and prospective visits to sell company services;
- Compile information on client goals from initial meetings;
- Create and document final design concepts to meet client desires and budgets;
- Estimate material and labor costs with the Design Build Manager;
- Prepare final proposal packets and facilitate client proposal meetings;
- Plan and implement landscape design projects with the Design Build Manager and Garden Services Manager;
- Source materials and coordinate plant requirements;
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout projects;
- Identify new client relationships, maintain existing ones, and implement marketing strategies.
Requirements for the Design & Build Landscape Sales Representative include:
- 5 years of sales experience, with preference for candidates in landscaping, construction or related industries;
- 3 years of personnel and project management experience;
- Knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction;
- Proven ability to develop and close sales with strong client relationship building skills;
- Basic knowledge of materials and labor costs;
- Proven track record of selling services to potential clients;
- Understanding of relevant local and regional laws and codes;
- Proficient in technology and software applications;
- Ability to read and interpret site plans;
- Ability to delegate, direct, and oversee multiple projects and teams;
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
